Глава 1THE RAINBOW.The summer was warm and sunny. Little Mitya lived with his parents at their dacha. One hot evening, a cheerful summer rain began to fall. When the rain almost stopped, Mitya looked outside. Everything was quiet and calm. He wandered through the garden, and suddenly, he saw a rainbow arching over the field. How beautiful it was! Mitya stood, staring in wonder. But the colors of the rainbow gradually faded until they disappeared completely.“Where did it go?” Mitya wondered aloud. “Maybe only I can’t see it from our garden?”He left the gate and headed toward the field where the rainbow had just shimmered. But even from there, he couldn’t see it. So he stepped into the open field itself. And there, the rainbow was gone.
